The active activities stated on the supplied licence are Mortgage Broker, Real Estate Buying & Selling Brokerage, and Leasing Property Brokerage Agents. The current licence expiry date shown on the licence is 27 November 2026.

Practice of regulated real-estate activities remains subject to applicable Dubai Land Department and Real Estate Regulatory Agency requirements, including the office-registration certificate and professional practice cards identified in the licence. Nothing on this website should be read as claiming an approval, registration, professional card or regulated activity beyond what has been separately obtained and remains valid.
